The posting here a few days ago about the fish with a transparent head ("The Creature With a Transparent Head and Tubular Eyes") must have made many of you say to yourself, "Big deal; what I'd like to see is a fish with no heart." If you had said it to me instead of to yourself, I would have responded with "Well, there is such a creature," and then I would have shown it to you here. Fortunately for you, I said the same thing to myself, and then decided to show it to myself here.
Ok, it's not exactly a fish; it's a fish-like contraption. That is, it's a robot. Apparently, Essex University in England has developed 20-inch robotic fish with sensors to identify ocean pollutants. The fish can swim for hours on a rechargeable battery, and does not need a remote control device to navigate.
For those who now insist to hear about a fishy creature with a transparent head and no heart, come back to this blog in a few days when I post some names of politicians.
